Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT) - Charming little house on Packard Ave. A lot of frats are on some sort of social probation right now so you might not have even heard of them until rush comes around but you might just find the perfect fit. ATO: This is a "srat", so they're a sorority and frat combined, coed. Known to be nicer and more friendly and chill frats, with Theta Chi having more of a reputation of being FOCUS oriented and ZBT being more nerdy. There's a DTD meal plan with a chef in there. They throw parties occasionally, but they are usually sausage fests, and they're punch is always weird. Pretty exclusive, but fun parties. Theta Delta Chi (123) - One of the nicer houses on campus, at least from the outside. Wild parties theme (though not this fall), which have sometimes led to accusations of assault.
