It is a little over 12 miles, I was thinking since it was a loop the total was 6.6 but in actuality a bit over 12. One critique is that there are hardly any trail markers-the trails were easy enough to find on the way up and down, but at the top it was difficult to make out where the trail was (especially since there was a sign at the top saying to stay on the trail because there were rare plants around...but the actual trail at the top was hardly marked at all). At one of the brook crossings it looks like it continues up along side the brook but luckily someone had spray painted a yellow arrow (very faint) on a log, pointing me in the direction to cross.
